Seeking Applications for the 2012-2013 School Year

We are currently accepting applications for the 2012-2013 school year. HCAP Head Start staff are actively recruiting in your community by, posting flyers and leaving applications in certain areas. We hope that our efforts have brought some awareness to our program so that we can continue to provide the needs of an early childhood education to those that are most in need. Mahalo!
