Welcome to our newly updated website. We hope that it will serve to educate and navigate you through the various services and programs offered by HCAP. With the launch of our new website, HCAP marks another milestone in its 42 year history in changing and uplifting the lives of individuals, families and communities who bear the daily challenges of living in or close to poverty. Our outreach work, supported by our many programs and services, provides the important resources to guide and assist those who want to become financially independent and self-reliant. Above all, we offer a renewed sense of hope to those in need.

As we know, poverty and homelessness are a growing problem on O'ahu, and the effects are very apparent within many of our communities. Decision makers on our island have begun to focus on these issues as we continue to seek solutions to alleviate this pressing problem. Collectively, I know we can. Our dedicated Board of Directors, driven staff and tireless volunteers perform the necessary tasks to help address the concerns of our communities.

HCAP strives to empower our keiki to kapuna to achieve and maintain lives shaped by self-determination, self-reliance and dignity. HCAP is always ready to inspire and provide opportunities towards attaining self-sufficiency.
