Early Head Start and Head Start Application

Welcome! There are three ways to apply for one of our Head Start Programs:

1. Apply Online. Scroll down and fill out the form. We will be in touch with you within a few days to talk to you about application.

2. Download and Print an application. Please download this file (a PDF document) and fill it out. Then print and mail it to the address at the top of the application.

3. By Phone. Call our office at 847-2400 for an application. Leave your name, address, and phone number. We will mail you an application the following business day. Fill out the application and send it in to the address on the top of the form.

We are currently accepting Head Start applications for School Year 2025-2026 and School Year 2026-2027.

2025-2026 School Year

School starts on 8/5/2025

• Head Start Part-day (Center-based): 6 hours per day. -Last school day is 5/28/2026.

• Head Start Home-based: 1.5 hours instruction per week. Last school day is 5/28/2026.

• Early Head Start Home-based: 1.5 hours instruction per week. Last school day is 7/17/2026.

• Head Start Full-day (Center-based): 10 hours per day (Tuition based). Last school day is 7/17/2026.

2026-2027 School Year

School starts on 8/4/2026

• Head Start Part-day (Center-based): 6 hours per day. -Last school day is 5/27/2027.

• Head Start Home-based: 1.5 hours instruction per week. Last school day is 5/27/2027.

• Early Head Start Home-based: 1.5 hours instruction per week. Last school day is 7/16/2027.

• Head Start Full-day (Center-based): 10 hours per day (Tuition based). Last school day is 7/16/2027.
