Today, 10/07/2021, Honolulu Community Action Program, Inc announced its sponsorship of the USDA Child Care Food Program. Meals will be made available to enrolled children/clients at no separate charge without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. Parents'/clients' income determines the amount of money USDA will reimburse us to provide meals to enrolled children/clients. The income eligibility guidelines listed below are used to determine our reimbursement from USDA. Children/clients from households whose annual income is at or below these levels are eligible to be counted for free or reduced-price meal reimbursements.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.ocio.usda.gov/document/ad-3027, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
